just after the last time i wrote something went wrong with FireFox apparently it decided that it was always running but was unable to start and regrettably its the only browser with the option to enable cookies which i need to use to update this blog i only fixed it two days ago and this was the first chance i got.

- i got the new kooks album called konk which is surprisingly good
- i have had a whole track season finishing fourth place on the team in the 800 and sixth in the mile
